Q1: What customizations are available for LED motif curtain?
A: Custom patterns, sizes, light colors, static or dynamic animation effects are supported. We can produce festival‑themed designs, urban cultural motifs, corporate logos, landscape paintings and cartoon patterns. Power supply solutions and control systems are also customizable, compatible with APP, timer controllers and online synchronous control.
Q2: What base material is used for motif curtain? Is it durable for outdoor use?
A: Coated tarpaulin and mesh fabric are the mainstream materials with UV‑resistant printing to resist UV rays and outdoor fading. Mesh fabric features great air permeability to reduce wind load, ideal for high‑rise building facades. Equipped with waterproof LED dot lights, every unit passes 48‑hour aging test for long‑term outdoor application.
Q3: What is the waterproof rating? Can it work in rain, snow and cold winter?
A: LED light sources reach IP65 waterproof grade, rain‑proof, dust‑proof and low‑temperature resistant. Operating temperature ranges from ‑30℃ to +60℃. All connectors are potted for waterproof performance to keep stable lighting in rainy and snowy days. Enhanced anti‑salt‑spray version is available for coastal high‑salt‑fog areas.
Q4: 24V low‑voltage or 220V high‑voltage, which one to choose?
A: DC24V low‑voltage is preferred for pedestrian streets and shopping‑mall facades to avoid electric shock risks. 220V high‑voltage is applicable for untouched high‑rise building surfaces. We will calculate voltage drop for low‑voltage solutions to guarantee even brightness across the whole curtain without dark zones.
Q5: About wind resistance. Is it safe for high‑rise wall installation?
A: Mesh fabric is highly recommended for excellent ventilation and low wind load. Light weight around 3‑5kg/㎡, it will not bring heavy load to buildings. We offer reference for mounting points. On‑site construction team shall reinforce installation according to actual wall structure. Extra binding straps are suggested for strong‑wind regions.
Q6: Does the product include installation service? What accessories are required?
A: Delivery includes motif curtain body, LED lights and connecting cables. On‑site installation is not included. Installation drawings and wiring diagrams will be provided. Clients need to prepare power supply, steel wire ropes, cable ties, expansion bolts and other fasteners. Installation shall be completed by licensed electricians.
Q7: What is the production lead time? What size can be manufactured?
A: Normal production takes 7‑15 days, subject to pattern complexity and order quantity. No size limit, ranging from several square meters up to hundreds‑square‑meter large‑scale building facade motif curtain.
Q8: Is dynamic animation effect supported? How about the control system?
A: Static single‑color, color‑changing and video animation effects are optional. Static version works with ordinary power supply. Dynamic animation version adopts SD‑card controller for local program storage. Central control and APP remote control are available for large‑scale projects.
Q9: What is the warranty? What cases are excluded from free warranty?
A: 1‑year warranty for LED light sources under non‑man‑made damage.
Excluded conditions: wrong wiring, incorrect power connection, unauthorized disassembly, tearing damage, destruction caused by typhoon, lightning strike and other natural disasters.
Q10: Why partial sections go out or brightness becomes uneven?
A:
Partial lights off: Check whether connectors get water ingress or terminals become loose.
Dim at far end: Voltage drop occurs in low‑voltage circuit, add extra power supply points.
Flickering & disorder: Check controller program and signal cable connectors.
Troubleshoot according to wiring drawings first. Our factory provides remote technical support.
Q11: Is export available? Do you have relevant certificates?
A: Export service is supported. CE and RoHS certificates are available. Packing list, commercial invoice and other customs‑clearance documents can be offered, and reinforced packing is acceptable.
Q12: Can we replace only the fabric while re‑using existing LED lights of old motif curtain?
A: Yes. If LED light sources remain in good condition, only the fabric can be replaced. Please provide original product specifications for re‑printing mesh fabric or coated tarpaulin to save project cost.

📋 Pre‑installation Check
Check product model, mounting brackets, fasteners and waterproof connectors after unpacking.
Full power‑on test on ground before high‑altitude installation, confirm light color and working modes.
Make sure site voltage matches lamp specification. Do NOT connect 12V / 24V low‑voltage lights directly to 220V AC power.
Check steel frame without deformation, all screws and accessories complete.
🔧 Installation Tips For Different Products
1. Pole‑mount 2D Motif Lights
Fasten hoops on street‑lamp pole at proper height, tighten bolts firmly.
Hang motif light on brackets, lock tightly and install anti‑fall safety rope.
Arrange cables along pole, bind cables properly, avoid pulling tension.
Keep connectors away from direct rain, complete waterproof sealing.
2. Large‑size 3D Motif Lights
Complete assembly and lighting test on ground before hoisting.
Fix base on hard ground with expansion bolts. Add counterweight for windy sites.
Install wind‑resistant guy ropes for products over 2 meters high.
Protect steel frame base against rust.
3. Street Arch Lights
Fasten both‑end supports firmly on wall or pole, confirm load‑bearing capacity.
Leave proper slack for cables, do not stretch cables tight.
Protect cables from sharp edges during high‑level installation.
4. LED String & Strip Lights
Match low‑voltage LED strips with correct power supply, reserve 20% power margin.
Do not over‑load connection, follow maximum series quantity in product manual.
⚡ Wiring & Waterproof Requirement
12V / 24V DC lamps must work with matched power supply, never connect to AC mains directly.
Use IP65 or higher waterproof connectors / junction boxes for all outdoor joints. Electrical tape alone is not enough for outdoor usage.
Equip circuit with residual‑current protective device, complete earthing connection.
Route cables away from ponding and direct sunlight.
🛡 Wind‑Resistance Reminders
Hot‑dip galvanized steel frames for long‑term outdoor application. Tighten all bolts during installation.
Reinforce mounting, add counterweight and wind ropes for coastal & open‑wind locations.
Inspect fasteners before heavy wind or storm weather.
🧰 Daily Maintenance
Regularly check brackets, screws, safety ropes and cable insulation for aging or damage.
Clean dust on lamp surface. Do NOT use high‑pressure water jet on cable joints.
Remove heavy snow accumulated on lamps in winter to reduce load.
